Happiness & Wellbeing

Every year there are 70 million lost working days due to mental illness and 10 million lost working days caused by work-related problems. Perfect Circle worked with Heywood, Middleton & Rochdale NHS to deliver an innovative work place campaign.  This was designed to raise awareness of mental wellbeing in the workplace and give employees the confidence to approach the subject with their managers. The campaign promoted the adoption of the 5 Ways to Wellbeing and signposted workplace referrals to IAPT.
